Concerts Coming in 2017

Music is one of the biggest forms of expression, so when concerts come to Michigan people want to know about them. These are concerts you don’t want to miss this year.

  1. Jacob Sartorius is a young artist that rose to fame by the well known app Musical.ly, an app where people can lip sync to songs. He is coming to Michigan January 28, 2017 and tickets are $43. The concert will take place at the Royal Oak Music Theatre and starts at 4:30 pm.
  1. Thomas Rhett, known well for the song “Get Me Some Of That” and Kelsea Ballerini, known for the song “Dibs”,will be taking the Dow Event Center stage on February 23, 2017. The event is at 7 o’clock pm and the tickets start at $79.
  1. Panic! At The Disco, best known for the song “I Write Sins Not Tragedies,” are coming March 10, 2017. They will be performing the album Death Of A Bachelor and the pricing of tickets start at $55. This event is at The Palace Of Auburn Hills and begins at 7:00 pm.
  1. Ariana Grande, notable for one of the biggest pop stars of our time, is also coming to the Palace. She will be coming on March 12, 2017 and will be singing her newest album, Dangerous Women, which was released on May 20, 2016.Tickets are being sold for $37 and the concert kicks off at 7:30 pm.
  1. If you ever went through an emo phase you’ll know Bring Me The Horizon is a big name alternative band. They are touring on their current album That’s The Spirit and will becoming to Masonic Temple March 14, 2017. Tickets start at $60 for general admission but are going quickly and the concert commences at 6:00 pm.
  2. Green Day, a band most of our parents listen to, is paying Michigan a visit on March 27, 2017 at Joe Louis Arena. The tickets start at $45 dollars and the concert begins at 8:00pm. Remember this is the last year a the Joe so do not forget to visit!
  1. Big Sean is taking the Fox Theatre stage April 1, 2017 at 8:00 pm and the tickets are starting at $56. He will be performing his newest album I Decided which will be released February 3, 2017.  
  1. If you’ve listen to a radio you will know exactly who The Weeknd is. He will be coming May 24, 2017 at The Palace. He will be performing his recent album Starboy which came out in November of 2016. The concert starts at 7:30 pm and tickets cost $56.
  1. Bruno Mars takes the stage on August 12, 2017 at the Palace Of Auburn Hills at 8:00 pm sharp! He will be performing his current album 24K Magic, and the tickets start at $121! Quite a bit of cash to see a night of his music if you ask me.
